Doza Yoga
This 60 minute outdoor yoga class will provide an opportunity to explore, connect and come home to the mind, body, and breath. Suitable for all levels of practitioner, our knowledgeable and experienced Instructors will give modifications and variations that will be accessible for anyone and everyone to participate. Our intention is to create a safe space to move your body and be a support for you throughout your yoga journey. Through a gentle warm up, thoughtful sequencing, alignment based flows, and a meditative cool down, practitioners will experience a full body stretch and toning. These classes will leave you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed to take on the day!
